Mr Sawyer is an amazing surgeon. After being diagnosed with skin cancer on my back, Mr Sawyer talked me through the options available to me, surgical and non surgical. He really listened to my concerns and showed great empathy. He talked to me throughout my surgical procedure, reassuring me at all times. His kind, caring and compassionate nature meant I felt very safe in his hands. I would highly recommend Mr Sawyer. His professionalism and caring manner is outstanding and I can not thank him enough for treating me.

I have met Mr Sawyer, several times now. He is such a lovely guy always putting you at ease with his calming demeanor, as I am a bit nervous before treatments. He always explains everything in an easy to understand language, and also doesn't give false expectations, pointing out the limits of the procedures that I have, with my burn scar tightness, ( Every time though I have been more than pleased). The professionalism that he shows with his colleagues and with oneself both before during and after the procedure is second to none. I genuinely would be able to make any suggestions on how to improve the care that I have received with Mr Sawyer and the rest of his department.

From my first meeting with Mr Sawyer for my consultation, I was so nervous - but he made me feel so comfortable and at ease almost instantly. He was very professional and explained all aspects of the procedure that I wanted. I saw Mr Sawyer a few times prior to making the decision that would have the best outcome for the look that I wanted to achieve. I cant thank him and his secretary Claire, for everything that they have done to make to whole process as least stressful for me. Any questions or concerns that I have had prior and after surgery were always responded to very promptly and efficiently. I would recommend Mr Sawyer and his team to anyone who is looking for surgery, you will not be disappointed! I am so happy with the outcome, he has made me feel complete and restored my confidence. If there was anything to improve on that would deliver greater care? I can genuinely not comment or suggest anything other than to continue delivering the amazing care that you have done so already.
